Telephone support

Phone us on extension 6543 (inside Birkbeck) or +44 (0)20 7631 6543 (outside of Birkbeck). We recommend raising an Ask request if you are unable to reach us.

Phone lines are open Monday to Friday:

  • 9am to 7pm during term time
  • 9am to 6pm during vacations.

Face-to-face support

Visit us on the ground floor of the main building on Malet Street (entrance on Torrington Square).

Term-time opening hours:

  • Monday, Tuesday and Thursday: 10.30am to 6.30pm 
  • Wednesday: 11am to 6.30pm 
  • Friday: 10.30am to 5pm 

Vacation opening hours: 

  • Monday, Tuesday and Thursday: 10.30am to 6pm 
  • Wednesday: 11am to 6pm 
  • Friday: 10.30am to 5pm
