We provide professional expertise for communications, marketing, recruitment, student engagement and widening access, design and web content.
We have responsibility for managing the financial activity of the College, including staff payroll and superannuation, research grants and contracts, student fees and more.

We are responsible for the recruitment, retention and development of staff, in line with the goals and objectives of the People Strategy and under the direction of Governors, through the HR Strategy and Policy Committee.
We aim to provide high-quality and reliable central communications and information technology (C&IT) services.
We are responsible for the essential processes and systems that enable the successful functioning of every aspect of the College, from student applications to fees payment and reporting systems.
We deliver services to staff and students in respect of the College regulations; assurance and enhancement of academic standards; and core student functions such as admissions, registration, financial support and assessment.
We are responsible for the operational planning and organisation of the College's central administration and services.
