We have improved personal tutor arrangements for students at Stratford and introduced a range of activities so that they have more contact with staff (visits from subject librarian; from programme director; personal tutors and extra dissertation information sessions).

We asked UEL to move some of the dual log on PCs (which can be used by Birkbeck students) to a quiet area on the next floor up, and this has now been done. (in Stratford library)
