Information, advice and guidance

Our Advice and Guidance Team, located in University Square Stratford, is available to help you choose the course that’s right for you. If you’re exploring studying at either Birkbeck or the University of East London (UEL), the team can give you impartial advice, at any stage of your application process.

How to contact us

• Appointments are available from 5pm to 7pm, Monday to Thursday. Email us with a query or to book an appointment. 
• You can use our drop-in service from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

We also offer a range of facilities and student support services on campus, including a student helpdesk, a specialist education advice and guidance team, IT helpdesk, café and the Weston Learning Centre - a space for independent and group study and learning.
