Postgraduate financial support

These are non-repayable bursaries towards tuition fees of £3,000 for full-time taught postgraduate courses and £1,500 per year (for a maximum of two years) for part-time taught postgraduate courses.

The Birkbeck Hardship Fund can provide support towards unexpected costs that have been incurred as a result of an emergency or unforeseen change in your personal situation.

Three students with discretionary leave to remain, LLR or Asylum seeker status, and otherwise required to pay overseas fee rates, will be eligible to pay the ‘Home’ rate of tuition fees.
