Online Anxiety Management Group

Anxiety has been the most frequent presentation in the Counselling Service for many years. We know that the pandemic has intensified anxiety in a great many people, and now as we are expected to “return to normal”, life might be more anxiety-inducing than ever. Are you someone who would benefit from exploring, understanding and managing their anxiety better?

Benefits of participating in a group are seeing that other people are human and vulnerable, that others also struggle, and that the individual is not alone in grappling with problems. Allowing ourselves space to reflect on our own experience and to recognise and resonate with the experience of others in the presence of supportive facilitators, plus the opportunity to hear about and try some practical tips and techniques, can make a real difference.
